With Arizona’s COVID-19 cases spiking and another mandated shut down, you may be wondering what you should be doing with your retirement finances. We want you to know we are here and ready to help.
We are trying to respect your space with the virus floating around to the best of our ability, and limiting in-person appointments to only Fridays and Saturdays. We are diligent in maintaining a sanitized office, engage in social distancing, and require mask use of anyone entering the office. Along this journey we have found that as much as we appreciate face to face communication, those types of meetings are not always necessary to accomplish what we need to do.
We have found that using technology can ease the anxiety of going out in public. We all have smart phones or tablets today. We have been utilizing an application called Zoom to conduct many appointments, and even conduct classes. If you haven’t used Zoom yet, it is a video-conferencing app that is very simple to use with any device that connects to the internet. (We are happy to give you instructions for using the application.)
Here are the types of appointments(click here to schedule an appointment) we are capable of completing with video conferencing:
Client Reviews
Our existing clients all have an income plan we established together. I can share that plan on my screen with you and we can assess if we’re still on the right track. We can review the allocation of your portfolio to ensure the management we’ve selected is doing what it should be. We can also initiate the actual income if this pandemic has altered the timing of your retirement.
New Clients
My existing retirement clients can attest that we go through a 3-4 appointment process before any major financial decisions are made. The first few appointments are easily accomplished using the Zoom application. I can ask the important questions I need to ask and you are free to ask me anything you would like to know about me. I can share examples of what goes into our retirement income plans, how they are sustainable for the duration of your retirement, and how they are built in the most tax-efficient way possible. I’m proud to say that during this pandemic, I have been able to bring on many new clients, the majority of which were through Zoom video conferencing.
Social Security Education (click here to enroll in our next class)
We have been teaching our Social Security Maximization class every other Thursday, at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. My class has an emphasis on tax reduction strategies and how we are striving to position our clients so they can enjoy a tax-free retirement. This is not easy to accomplish, but with a little planning we can get you there. The class is also a great way to get to know me and the philosophy of our company.
I hope all of you remain safe and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
